In this new world 

Warmth and compassion is blur 

Because ego is the priority

And nothing but the faces are pretty


Hearts are numb and cold

These sights are hard to behold

Selfishness is the new trend 

No one is your real friend 


Good hearts are claimed fake 

Which is why they tend to break

People fail to give happiness

They are left with nothing but loneliness


Happy faces tend to brawl 

Unknown people tend to troll

With the reason of having no reason 

They never fail to change like season


Virtues are unsung

Vices are hung 

In between what is good 

As there is no love for the neighborhood
